Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new email account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the mail account you want to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.
